The brand new Manuka Lodge defines a new style of accommodation in the Ohakune Ruapehu region, offering a first-rate alternative to a motel with many of the trappings of a luxury lodge.
Once you’ve sampled what Manuka has to offer you won’t want to stay anywhere else. Manuka lodge is intimate luxury, located in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac conveniently 10 minutes walk away from the shops, bars and eateries of Ohakune township. Only twenty minutes drive from Turoa ski-field (offering the longest ski runs in NZ) and forty minutes from the start of the world famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
We offer 4-star plus quality hotel style rooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. We also offer a very comfortable guest lounge with sumptuous sofas, sky t.v. and a beautiful stone-surround log fire place. A copious breakfast is provided every morning: cereal, yoghurt and fruit to start, with a fully cooked breakfast to follow, and homemade bread/toast to cap it off/mop it up.
